We really loved our stay here with the breathtaking views of the Alpine mountains and the beautiful lake. The free shuttle bus to Interlaken made it super convenient for exploring the area on foot.

The pool area was a plus, although it could use some toys or a slide to make it even more entertaining for kids. Our duplex family apartment was spacious, great for our family, but decor felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. One downside was the inconvenience of the hourly bus service from Interlaken, which made trips to the city a bit of a hassle and restricted our evenings out. Although the staff was mostly friendly, there were inconsistencies in service, particularly during busy breakfast hours. The kitchen in our room had limited utensils which required an extra fee to use, and it would have been better if this were communicated in advance. Overall, a relaxing stay with amazing views, but some areas definitely need improvement.
